Dear Mama,

I see you. I see the strength in your eyes, the determination in your smile, and the love in your heart. You're navigating the beautiful chaos of motherhood, and I want you to know that you are INCREDIBLE. But, I also want you to know that it's okay not to feel your best all the time.

We often hear that the exhaustion, the brain fog, the hair loss, and the nutritional deficiencies are just part of the package deal of motherhood. But the thing is, it doesn't have to be that way. It SHOULDN’T be that way.

Our little humans need us to be energetic and present, not just surviving on caffeine and feeling miserable. It's time to change the narrative.

Let's bond over the good times, the precious moments that make motherhood the extraordinary journey it is. And when we face the tough moments, let's work together to make them better. We can improve our nutrition, transform our mindset, embrace movement that nourishes our bodies, and so much more.
