Hi! I'm Roxanne Woods...


I am a certified Holistic Nutrition Consultant, a Primal Health Coach and a Life Coach. I have worked with individuals in all walks of life desiring a healthier life by addressing nutrition and lifestyle changes. After working with many adults who struggled with diet misconceptions and poor habits, it was clear that many people have had these struggles for years, if not decades, with many dating to when they were children, which sparked a fire inside me to learn more about nutrition and healthy habits for kids. Fast forward to 2020 when I became a mom, I also realized how little holistic support there is for prenatal nutrition and especially postpartum care. Realizing this drove me to learn more for myself and fill that void for like-minded individuals looking to better their life and well-being through nutritional support and guidance. 

Now as a mother of two young and energetic children now, I deeply understand the challenges we caretakers encounter daily. My own experiences have taught me the importance of a clear, practical, and realistic health approach that effortlessly blends with our REAL lives, even on the most hectic days. Achieving a healthy lifestyle is all about incorporating small wins and habits seamlessly into our daily routines, empowering us to feel our best, inside and out, every single day.

Who I help...


Working with clients since 2018 on their health goals (specifically weight loss) has developed my style to be focused on nourishment and balance when it comes to how to live a healthy life. I take that approach with all of my health coaching and consulting clients. 


When the focus is during pregnancy, I understand the critical role nutrition plays in supporting the health of both mother and baby during this transformative time. I help expectant mothers optimize their nutrient intake, manage weight gain, alleviate discomfort, and promote overall well-being throughout their pregnancy journey, while also treating the pregnancy journey as a time that should be taken with grace. 

In the postpartum period, I support new mothers as they navigate the challenges of recovery and adjustment. By addressing postpartum nutrition needs, I will help mothers replenish their bodies, enhance energy levels, support breastfeeding goals, and recognize depletion and/or deficiencies. With sensitivity and understanding as a mother myself, I will offer practical tips, meal plans, and ongoing guidance to help mothers feel nourished, vibrant, and well-supported.

Understanding that a strong nutritional foundation is vital for children's optimal growth and development. I also specialize in children's nutrition, specifically while starting solids. By working closely with parents and caregivers, I can create meal ideas and educational resources that promote healthy eating habits, address nutritional deficiencies, and foster positive relationships with food. I provide guidance on introducing solid foods, managing picky eating behaviors, and optimizing nutrient intake for specific childhood stages.
